Heart of Steel
Heart of Steel is a 9-week group program that will teach you about the risk factors for heart disease and actionable steps you can take to lower your risk and improve heart health. Each 30-minute weekly will cover a different topic, such as nutrition, sleep, and stress.
Your heart is the engine of your body – it deserves to be in peak condition. You can take steps to protect your heart with this nine-week, virtual group program. Wellness coach Troy Panaguiton will lead weekly, 30-minute sessions to help you follow a healthier eating plan, get more movement, be aware of risk factors, reduce stress, and more to keep your heart strong.
