Go the Extra Mile
Go the Extra Mile Challenges are a great way to get fit and prepare for a 5K. Whether it’s your first run or your fiftieth, preparation is key. Our BeWell for Life coaches are with you every step of the way, helping you build a base and get ready to race. We’ll provide tips for stretching, resting, refueling, and rehydrating. Invite a friend or family member to join the challenge and cheer each other along as you get ready, set, and go!

The Go the Extra Mile Virtual Challenge is a fun way to get fit and prepare for the BeWell for Life Virtual 5K. All fitness levels are welcome to join the weekly online training sessions for insight on a successful run. You’ll receive a training plan and weekly tips for the six weeks leading up to the 5K.
