Jump Start is an 8-week virtual self-paced program where you can develop a personalized fitness plan in collaboration with your QuadMed Wellness Coach.
Program must be completed between June 1 and September 4.

Join a QuadMed wellness coach for a short mindfulness break. They’ll guide you through various stress management techniques like deep breathing and gentle movement and stretching to start your week off in a healthy way.
Sessions will be held on the third Wednesday of every month from 4:30-5 p.m. ET
Join us for Wellness Wednesdays, a new series of interactive, virtual education sessions led by QuadMed health and wellness experts on a variety of topics. Sessions will be held on the third Wednesday of every month from 4:30-5 p.m. ET (virtual via Teams).
Earn 1,000 points toward the wellness incentive program for each presentation, up to two times per year.
