Puede llamar las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, para hablar con una enfermera de QuadMed, quien le puede orientar en los siguientes temas:

El Centro de Bienestar de Kohl’s es un centro médico completo en el que se brinda acceso exclusivo a una atención de salud de alta calidad, práctica y asequible.
El centro está bajo la dirección de QuadMed, un prestador externo que ofrece servicios de salud y bienestar de primera calidad, con treinta años de experiencia en brindar atención médica en lugares de trabajo en todo el país.
Los servicios del Centro de Bienestar de Kohl’s están disponibles sin costo alguno para todos los asociados, inclusive para los empleados con contrato limitado. También pueden acceder los cónyuges (o las parejas de hecho o en unión libre) y los dependientes hasta los 26 años.

En el centro se realiza una amplia variedad de estudios clínicos básicos, como análisis de orina, pruebas estreptocócicas, pruebas de embarazo y controles de colesterol, glucosa, potasio y tiroides. Además, puede traer una orden de un médico externo y hacerse los análisis aquí.
No, usted elige con qué prestador quiere atenderse. Puede venir aquí para obtener atención primaria y tener como médico de cabecera a uno de QuadMed o, si no, puede seguir viendo al que ya tiene y acudir a nuestro centro cuando le quede cómodo.
La duración dependerá de los síntomas que tenga. Por eso, contamos con citas de 15, 30, 45 y 60 minutos según lo que necesite.
