
Go the Extra Mile Challenges are a great way to get fit and prepare for a 5K. Whether it’s your first run or your fiftieth, preparation is key. Our BeWell for Life coaches are with you every step of the way, helping you build a base and get ready to race. We’ll provide tips for stretching, resting, refueling, and rehydrating. Invite a friend or family member to join the challenge and cheer each other along as you get ready, set, and go!
