Our model of care allows for longer patient visits where we truly get to know our patients as people and develop a strong relationship. We give support to our patients so they can take responsibility for their own health.
And, the beauty of our model of care is we all want the same thing – for the patients to be so healthy they do not need a lot of medical care.
First Thursdays of the month at Noon ET / 11 a.m. CT.
Thriving Thursdays are 30-minute interactive, educational sessions led by the Dow Family Health Center. Live sessions will not be recorded to protect your privacy, however, a non-interactive session will be recorded and made available online for future access.
Whether you need quick treatment for a minor illness or are looking to establish long-term primary care, you’ll find that our approach to health care is unique.
