Throughout the year, the wellness team offers dozens of different programs, workshops and courses to help you improve your health and feel your best.
Feb 3 – March 28
Jump Start is subscription-based program where you can develop a personalized fitness plan at your own pace. You’ll be given access to pre-recorded videos and handouts with weekly skill-building assignments.
Fridays, April 25 – May 30
During this six-week virtual program, we’ll explore the tools you need to take inventory of your stressors and find balance across all areas of your life.
Take Action, Live Fully
Thriving Thursdays are 30-minute interactive, educational sessions led by the Dow Family Health Center. We encourage you to ask questions and interact with presenters and other attendees. Live sessions will not be recorded to protect your privacy, however, a non-interactive session will be recorded and made available online for future access. Receive 100 points in the Dow Wellbeing Portal for attending each program!
