Thriving Thursdays are 30-minute interactive, educational sessions led by the Dow Family Health Center. Live sessions will not be recorded to protect your privacy, however, a non-interactive session will be recorded and made available online for future access.

Well-being Snack Breaks offer quick, bite-sized sessions to help you build or maintain healthy habits. Enjoy 15-minute nutrition-focused sessions and earn 50 points each in the Dow Wellbeing Portal.
