QuadMed Everywhere gives eligible Citi employees access to virtual primary care nationwide, making it easier to connect with a QuadMed provider even when an Onsite Health Center isn’t nearby.
Stay connected to your wellness tools wherever life takes you with the Personify Health mobile app, available for Apple and Android devices.
Use the app to access many of the same tools available through Wellness Online, track your activity and progress, participate in wellness activities, and stay connected to your goals.
To sign in through the app, enter the email address associated with your Wellness Online account. You’ll be redirected to MyChart to sign in and then returned to the Personify Health app.
