Utz Health & Wellness Center es un centro de salud de servicio completo que proporciona acceso exclusivo a una atención médica conveniente, de alta calidad y asequible.
El centro está gestionado por QuadMed, un proveedor externo de salud y bienestar líder nacional en atención médica in situ, con 30 años de experiencia en la prestación de atención médica en el lugar de trabajo.
Utz Health & Wellness Center está a disposición de todos los empleados a tiempo completo, independientemente de la cobertura del plan de beneficios. Los cónyuges y las personas a cargo (a partir de los 2 años de edad) pueden ser elegibles si están afiliados a un plan de salud de Utz.
Todas las visitas son gratuitas: sin facturas ni sorpresas.
En el centro se encuentran disponibles ciertos medicamentos. Su proveedor de atención médica de QuadMed también puede recetarle medicamentos para que los adquiera en su farmacia local.
El centro de salud ofrece una serie de servicios básicos de laboratorio, como análisis de orina, detección de faringitis estreptocócica, pruebas de embarazo y controles de colesterol, glucosa, potasio y tiroides. También puede traer órdenes de proveedores externos para que le hagan los análisis de laboratorio en el centro de salud.
No, el proveedor que visite es completamente su elección. Puede hacer del centro su principal fuente de atención médica y convertir al proveedor de QuadMed en su PCP, o puede seguir viendo a su PCP actual y usar el centro cuando sea conveniente para usted.
Los horarios de las citas varían según los síntomas. Tenemos citas disponibles en horarios de 15, 30, 45 y 60 minutos para satisfacer sus necesidades.
