DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
Once logged in to MyChart, open the Menu and select “Health Screenings” under the Wellness section. (click image below to enlarge)
From the Calendar view, scroll to your preferred month using the arrow buttons on the top right or look for your desired screening location. Select the time and location you want or expand the list to see more options. (click image below to enlarge)
Review the event details and schedule your appointment.

Please Note: You can cancel your appointment and select a new date and time. Once complete, the new appointment will be displayed in the Scheduled Appointment box.
Immediately after scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. 48-hours before your scheduled appointment you will also receive a reminder email. All emails will be sent to the email address connected to your MyChart account.
