Desde su cuenta MyChart, es muy sencillo pedir y comenzar una consulta completamente virtual.
Para las consultas virtuales es necesario contar con una cuenta en MyChart.
Seleccione el motivo de la consulta y luego elija el tipo que prefiere: “Virtual Visit” (Consulta virtual).*
Antes de la cita, confírmela en MyChart.
Para acceder a ella, inicie sesión en MyChart y haga clic en “Begin Video Visit” (Comenzar consulta virtual).
*Para algunos tipos de consultas no existe la posibilidad de hacerla de forma virtual. Por eso, el sistema le indicará que llame al centro de salud para pedir una cita en persona.
