Men’s Health: Winning the Game of Life Presented by Dr. Gregg Stefanek with guest Ben Walker, Global Reliability Engineer
While men may do whatever they can to get on the golf course, many don’t put the same importance on their health. 45% of men didn’t visit a medical provider for an annual wellness visit or checkup according to an Aflac study2 published in June 2021. The study surveyed 1,000 U.S. men ages 18 years and older. Even more concerning, three-quarters had not gone to the doctor even if they had symptoms of a specific illness and 84% had not consulted a doctor about an injury.
Winning at the game of life is the most important game anyone will play. Whatever sports position you or the man in your life enjoys – shortstop, goalie or little league coach – tune in to learn how to be healthier and thrive.
