QuadMed Shared Health Centers are available to eligible employees and family members of participating BHCG employers. Your available services depend on your employer’s QuadMed package.
Eligible members can access QuadMed’s network of shared health centers across southeastern Wisconsin. Some services are available only at select locations.
All participating packages include access to core services such as primary care, laboratory services, specialty e-consults, home sleep testing and onsite biometric screenings. Additional services may be available depending on your employer’s QuadMed package.
Yes. Pediatric care is included in the shared-site packages and is available at the Sussex and West Allis health centers.
