We’ll explore ways to adapt and succeed, at home or work, in relationships, and more by better understanding expectations, managing our time, and finding balance. September 5: What’s the Skinny on Weight Loss Medications? We’ll take a deeper look at the latest research and trends for weight loss medications: How successful are they really? October 3:Social Media’s Impact on Health and Wellbeing How does social media impact your emotional and social wellbeing? We’ll discuss your media diet habits, dealing with misinformation, algorithms, and impacts on behavior. We’ll also explore how to use social media for inspiration, creativity, and motivation. February 1: Show Yourself Some Love! What can you do to practice more self-care? The Thriving Thursdays program is open to active Dow employees, their spouses and dependents, who are covered under a Dow medical plan, and retirees, who are not eligible for Medicare.
