Select your visit reason and when prompted, choose Virtual Visit as your preferred visit type*.
Before your appointment, E-Check in within MyChart.
At the time of your appointment, log in to MyChart and click Begin Video Visit.
*Some visit types may not have a Virtual Visit option available and you will be prompted to call the health center to make an in-person appointment.
