When your virtual visit begins via telephone, you will receive a phone call from the health center at the time of your scheduled appointment. After being checked in by the health center staff, you will speak to your provider.
Video visits can be accessed via your mobile phone, tablet or desktop device with a camera. You will also need an internet connection and a quiet, private place where you can speak with and hear the provider.
If video is necessary for your visit, a Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you, allowing you to connect to the provider through your web browser on a computer or through the Zoom app on a smartphone or tablet. Be sure to use the Zoom app rather than the web browser on your smartphone, tablet or mobile device.
