group FITNESS CLASSES

In person group fitness is back! Anyone can join these classes and all can be modified to meet your current fitness level. All sessions are FREE!

All classes held in person in Milwaukee can also be joined virtually unless otherwise noted. Classes delivered in-person at Mequon have no virtual option unless otherwise noted.

Classes run May 1 – August 11

Milwaukee

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Mondays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.  (Virtual Only)

Develop strength, stamina, and agility through an ever-changing, total body workout that combines strengthtraining with intense conditioning drills.

Butts & Guts

Mondays, 4:30 - 5 p.m.

This 30 minute class is designed to strengthen, you got it, your butt and gut! In “Butts & Guts” we will use sliding discs, weights, resistance tubes, bosu and stability balls to focus on the two most talked about areas!

Spin

Tuesdays & Thursdays, Noon – 12:45 p.m.

Increase your endurance and get your heart pumping as you climb and sprint your way through this indoor cycling class. Spin bike or bike trainer required. 

CORE N’ MORE

Tuesdays, 11:30 - Noon

Join us for a 20-minute core and “more” strengthening session. A variety of equipment and body weight will be used to strengthen the abs, core muscles and more.

TAKE 5 STRETCH BREAK (VIRTUAL ONLY)

Tuesdays, 12:05 - 12:15 p.m.

Carve out some time during the day to stretch and improve your mood and productivity levels, your joints will thank you!

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. - Noon

Maintain or increase strength in a class that targets and tones total body muscle groups using primarily body weight exercises.

YOGA

Fridays, 11 a.m. - Noon

This class helps you keep your body toned, strong and flexible, as well as helps you find “mental flexibility” in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. All levels welcome.

Mequon

Total Body Strength

Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Maintain or increase strength in a class that targets and tones total body muscle groups using primarily body weight exercises.

15 MINUTE ABS

Tuesdays, 12:15 - 12:30 p.m.

Join us for a 15-minute core strengthening session. A variety of equipment and body weight will be used to strengthen the abs and the core muscles.
