Anyone can join these classes and all can be modified to meet your current fitness level. All sessions are FREE! All classes held in person in Milwaukee can also be joined virtually unless otherwise noted. Classes delivered in-person at Mequon have no virtual option unless otherwise noted.
Mondays, January 6 – April 7
Join wellness coach Kelli Grundmann for a 10-minute mindfulness break. She’ll guide you through various stress management techniques like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and visualization.
Jan. 20 – March 14
Jump Start is subscription-based program where you can develop a personalized fitness plan at your own pace. You’ll be given access to pre-recorded videos and handouts with weekly skill-building assignments. Wellness coach Kelli Grundmann will send weekly support emails and is available for one-on-one support, if needed.
Employees need to bring in form to use the fitness center.

These monthly virtual series will provide valuable, interactive discussions with health and wellness experts and will cover a wide variety of specific and engaging topics. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to empower you with the education you need to become an expert yourself!
