Group fitness classes are held in both Milwaukee and Mequon. All classes held in person in Milwaukee can also be joined virtually unless otherwise noted. Classes in Mequon are held in-person and have no virtual option unless otherwise noted. All group fitness classes are FREE!
Employees need to bring in form to use the fitness center.
