Join QuadMed staff to address a variety of health topics. Group discussion is encouraged. Separate registration is required each month. Many of the month’s topics are yet to be determined and will be added soon. Those who attend at least 6 of the 9 sessions throughout the year are entered into a drawing for a wellness giveaway.
Classes run January 5 to April 17
Anyone can join these classes and all can be modified to meet your current fitness level. All sessions are FREE! All classes held in person in Milwaukee can also be joined virtually unless otherwise noted. Classes delivered in-person at Mequon have no virtual option unless otherwise noted.
Employees need to bring in this form to use the fitness center.
