This November, join us for a simple but powerful journey: one prompt, one reflection, every day. The Daily Gratitude Challenge is all about slowing down, noticing the good, and reconnecting with what truly matters. You’ll receive a calendar that will include a daily gratitude prompt; something to spark reflection and appreciation. Take a moment to write it down, share it, or just sit with it.
Classes run September 2- December 12
Anyone can join these classes and all can be modified to meet your current fitness level. All sessions are FREE! All classes held in person in Milwaukee can also be joined virtually unless otherwise noted. Classes delivered in-person at Mequon have no virtual option unless otherwise noted.
All virtual sessions will be held from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. CT
This year-long virtual series will provide valuable, interactive discussions with health and wellness experts and will cover a wide variety of specific and engaging topics. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to empower you with the education you need to become an expert yourself!
