We strongly encourage everyone to be vaccinated. The vaccine is FREE. Any employee – even if you aren’t full-time or are not covered by Quad’s medical insurance and any spouse or dependent (12 and older) can receive the vaccine at a QuadMed Health Center.
And per the communication from Joel on Friday, May, 14 – employees who are full vaccinated can go without a mask at Quad once they sign the Quad vaccination form and return it to MyQuad.
If you have questions about COVID vaccines, please call your or QuadMed Health Center or primary care provider.
I am encouraging every one of you to get vaccinated as soon as you are able. This is how you stay safe and how we end this pandemic. All Americans age 12 and older are now eligible. If you have specific concerns about the vaccine, talk with your primary care provider. They know your health history best.
