This class involves the fluid movement of yoga poses to increase strength and heart rate, with the benefits of yoga stretches. All levels welcome.
Tuesdays, 12:15 - 12:45pm CST
A class dedicated specifically to strengthen your abdominals and glutes with targeted movements. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, as well as target the posterior muscles of your body.
