Monday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thursday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Services Available

Physical exams for adults and children, including annual checkups and school/sports physicals
Biometric screenings with patient support available to help meet SumiRiko’s wellness criteria
Adult immunizations
Flu shots for adults and children ages 2+
Lab services, including orders from outside providers
Minor procedures such as removal of skin tags, moles and warts
Weight and/or blood pressure checks
Treatment for illnesses and injuries, such as sore throats, ear/eye infections, headaches, minor burns, coughs, cuts and bruises
Care for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and thyroid problems
Medication dispensing and prescription refills
In person, telephone and virtual video visits with Providers
