We believe that there is a better way to provide health care to our patients, and it is our mission to not only care for you, but to support and guide you in achieving the life you want to live.

We offer full primary care services, which means that you can use your health center as the first stop for all your health care needs. Whether you’re experiencing cold symptoms, need a preventive health exam, or are seeking assistance managing your blood pressure, it all starts with a visit to the health center.
Our health care providers can serve as your primary care provider (PCP), or you can continue to see your PCP and visit us only when it is convenient for you, such as for illnesses or lab tests (we accept outside orders). We offer same and next-day appointments and visits are lower cost than community providers.
