- Daily Yoga offers free guided classes for beginners to learn yoga basics. Advanced yoga classes are available for an extra charge.
- Core Power Yoga and Down Dog, which are typically paid sites, are providing free classes.

A Youtube workout channel with over 500 free full-length videos that allows you to search for the exact type of workout you want to do.
Many popular gym chains and boutique fitness studios are offering free content without a membership to help everyone stay active and reduce stress during these trying times.
