All Quad employees — even those not on the health plan — can use QuadMed to fill medications. Prescriptions can be filled up to a 90-day supply. For your convenience, our locations carry some typical over-the-counter items such as aspirin, bandages, and vitamins.

We accept many major pharmacy plans and there’s also a cash option. Speak with a pharmacy staff member to see if we accept your plan (we have a pharmacist on staff in Sussex; virtual consultations are available for the other prescriptions centers).

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT THERAPY PROGRAM (MTM)

Get the most from your medications with help from a QuadMed pharmacist. Our medication therapy management (MTM) program provides valuable education and guidance from a certified MTM pharmacist to help improve and simplify your medication routine.

Help improving medication routines is also available through our medication therapy management (MTM) program if you or a family member are:

Living with diabetes, high blood pressure or another chronic condition
Taking expensive medications
Experiencing side effects that limit medication adherence
Taking five or more regularly scheduled medications
Using over-the-counter medications, vitamins or herbal supplements in addition to prescribed medications

RX REFILLS MADE EASY

Refilling your prescriptions is simple with the Rx2Go app, which allows you to scan your prescription bottle with your phone camera to view your prescription profile and request a refill.

You can also refill prescriptions by visiting the website for your location below. All you need is your prescription number and we’ll text you when your refill is ready for pickup!

VARIABLE CO-PAY PROGRAM

To help reduce the cost of expensive medications, QuadMed has partnered with several medication manufacturers to offer free or reduced co-pays on certain medications for Quad families enrolled in the Core medical plan.

To obtain the discount, the prescription must be filled at a QuadMed pharmacy in Sussex, West Allis or Lomira. Curbside pickup and home delivery are available for most medications.

QuadMed administers the medication discount program on behalf of Quad as outlined in the Quad Health Plan.

MAIL ORDER MEDICATIONS

You’re already saving money. Now save yourself a trip. Free prescription delivery now available with mail order.

Call the Pharmacy at 414.566.8008 to set up payment and verify your address. Please have your prescription and credit card ready when you call.
Use MyChart to request future refills and select the mail order option. You must have a credit card on file with the Pharmacy for this service.

MEDICATION SHUTTLING

As a courtesy, we shuttle most medications to the locations listed below.

From the Sussex Pharmacy:

Milwaukee Magazine (downtown) – next-day service*
New York Imaging – next-day service*
Pewaukee – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Saratoga Springs – next-day service*

From the Lomira Prescription Center:

Hartford – same-day service*

Additional information:

Wisconsin patients must speak with a pharmacist before medications can be shuttled.
Hard copy prescriptions for qualifying medications can be dropped off at any QuadMed Pharmacy location.
To ensure medication availability, be sure to call several days prior to running out of the medication.
