Refilling your prescriptions is simple with the Rx2Go app, which allows you to scan your prescription bottle with your phone camera to view your prescription profile and request a refill.

You can also refill prescriptions by visiting the website for your location below. All you need is your prescription number and we’ll text you when your refill is ready for pickup!

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT THERAPY PROGRAM (MTM)

Get the most from your medications with help from a QuadMed pharmacist. Our medication therapy management (MTM) program provides valuable education and guidance from a certified MTM pharmacist to help improve and simplify your medication routine.

Help improving medication routines is also available through our medication therapy management (MTM) program if you or a family member are:

Living with diabetes, high blood pressure or another chronic condition
Taking expensive medications
Experiencing side effects that limit medication adherence
Taking five or more regularly scheduled medications
Using over-the-counter medications, vitamins or herbal supplements in addition to prescribed medications

VARIABLE CO-PAY PROGRAM

To help reduce the cost of expensive medications, QuadMed has partnered with several medication manufacturers to offer free or reduced co-pays on certain medications for Quad families enrolled in the Core medical plan.

To obtain the discount, the prescription must be filled at a QuadMed pharmacy in Sussex, West Allis or Lomira. Curbside pickup and home delivery are available for most medications.

QuadMed administers the medication discount program on behalf of Quad as outlined in the Quad Health Plan.

As a courtesy, we shuttle most medications to the locations listed below.

From the Sussex Pharmacy:

Burlington – Mondays and Wednesdays
Milwaukee Magazine (downtown) – next-day service*
New York Imaging – next-day service*
Pewaukee – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Saratoga Springs – next-day service*

From the Lomira Prescription Center:

Hartford – same-day service*

Additional information:

Wisconsin patients must speak with a pharmacist before medications can be shuttled.
Hard copy prescriptions for qualifying medications can be dropped off at any QuadMed Pharmacy location.
To ensure medication availability, be sure to call several days prior to running out of the medication.
