We want you to track your daily fruit and vegetable intake. The goal is to have at least 5 fruits or vegetables a day at least 4 days per week, although you are welcome to set another goal. Submit your tracking form to be entered into a drawing for a food scale! All employees and spouses are eligible to participate.

Sitting all day can not only tighten your muscles which may lead to injury, but it drains your energy, leaving you feel tired and unproductive. Just a 15-minute break to stand up and stretch can make all the difference.
