Throughout the year, the wellness team offers dozens of different programs, workshops and courses to help you improve your health and feel your best.
Tuesdays at 5 p.m. CST and Thursdays at Noon CST in Building 1 Front Office.
A virtual and in-person session will be offered with classes beginning the week of January 10. Classes will be held virtually on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. CST and Thursdays at Noon CST in Building 1 Front Office.
Those who register for the virtual session will receive a meeting invite from Nikki, the class instructor. The class will be capped after the first 20 people who register.
