EAP delivers problem assessment and brief counseling designed to help employees and family members find solutions to varied personal and family problems. These may include, but are not limited to,
Employees and their dependents receive up to six sessions per presented problem.
Outpatient Therapy provides clinical therapeutic services to employees and their dependents with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis. Outpatient therapy includes psychoeducational activities/interventions designed to assist the person with the reduction of symptoms that impact their daily lives. Number of sessions are determined by severity of presenting problem and progress made with treatment plan. These sessions can included 1:1 as well as couple and family counseling.
QuadMed counselors provide support to individuals struggling with the abuse of alcohol and other drugs.
All QuadMed AODA counselors are state-licensed Substance Abuse Counselors and follow accepted, proven treatment methods. You can be assured of getting the most effective treatment available from experienced professionals who truly care because they are also part of the larger Quad family.
