Account creation is not currently available through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps. Create your account via web browser on your desktop or mobile device. After your account has been created, you can access Wellness Online through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps.

A QuadMed MyChart account is required to access Wellness Online.
step 1:
Visit myquadmed.com/HII and click the MyChart Sign Up button at the top of the page.
step 2:
Fill out all the information to confirm your identity and click SUBMIT.
step 3:
Check your email for a message from patientsupport@quadmedical.com and click the button in the email.
step 4:
Confirm your identity and click NEXT.
ACCESS WELLNESS ONLINE
You will use your QuadMed MyChart account to access Wellness Online. If logging in for the first time, you will need to create a Wellness Online account.
Once logged in to MyChart, access Wellness Online from the shortcuts header at the top of the homepage or from the Wellness section of Your Menu.
SET UP YOUR WELLNESS ONLINE ACCOUNT
The first time you log in through MyChart, you will need to set up your Wellness Online account. These steps only need to be completed once.
NOTE: Account creation is not currently available through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps. To create your account, please use a web browser (such as Chrome, Edge or Safari) on your desktop or mobile device to access Wellness Online. After your account has been created, you can access Wellness Online through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps.

Visit myquadmed.com/HII and use the buttons at the top of the page to log in to or sign up for MyChart.
6. Complete the agreements and enter your information
Account creation is not currently available through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps. Create your account via web browser on your desktop or mobile device. After your account has been created, you can access Wellness Online through the MyChart or Virgin Pulse mobile apps.
ACCESS WELLNESS ONLINE VIA MOBILE APP
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to create a QuadMed MyChart account, as well as a Wellness Online account before accessing Wellness Online through the Virgin Pulse app.
step 1:
Sign up for a QuadMed MyChart account and set up your Wellness Online account.
Download the Virgin Pulse app on your mobile device.
step 3:
Once downloaded, open the Virgin Pulse app, enter the email address that you used to create your Virgin Pulse/Wellness Online account and press enter. You do not need to enter a password.
After entering your email and pressing enter, you will automatically be directed to the MyChart login page.
step 4:
Enter your QuadMed MyChart username and password and press the Sign in button.
Upon sign in, you will automatically be directed to Wellness Online through the Virgin Pulse mobile app.
Using the Mobile App
After you’ve created your MyChart and Wellness Online accounts, download the Virgin Pulse mobile app to make it even easier to manage your health on the go.
Open the app and sign in with the email you used to create your Wellness Online account
You will be redirected to sign in to MyChart and then redirected back to Wellness Online
Set and track goals, build healthy habits into your daily routine, and sync with other devices and apps to automatically track your physical activity, calories, and more.
MyChart allows you to schedule and start a virtual visit with a QuadMed health care provider. It also provides additional features that help you to manage your health completely online.
