I feel people’s frustrations when they don’t think they have time to work out, when in fact I could take them through the most current high intensity workout in just 15-20 min. Some may think they need to spend hours in the gym when in fact, “more is not better,” “better is better.” Try and make the workouts matter. Always be race ready and sweat everyday! No matter how slow you go, remember, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.
