From there a Wellness Coordinator will help you establish goals. You’ll work with a Coordinator to outline the steps you will take to reach these goals and schedule regular times to check in on how you’re doing. You can schedule your appointments with a Wellness Coordinator in-person, over the phone or virtual (Zoom). You do not need to bring anything with you when you come to an appointment.
As part of getting a good night’s sleep you may work on establishing a daily schedule that will work for you. This schedule will allow you to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. You should also consider establishing an exercise routine if that is not something you’re doing already. A Wellness Coordinator can help you build a plan that works for you. Through regular discussions of ideas and issues, you will work with your coach to create strategies and goals to help you improve your overall health and well-being. Coaching sessions can be done in person or virtually by either phone or video.
