WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Our wellness programs are designed to guide you through a variety of needs, such as weight management, smoking cessation, and diabetes prevention.
Programs are divided into weekly sessions lasting several weeks to several months and many are held as group classes to give you the extra support and encouragement of your peers. Programs rotate throughout the year, so you always have an opportunity to try something new!
WELLNESS COACHES
Making positive changes can be difficult, but you’re not alone. You have access to certified wellness coaches who provide ongoing support and accountability and guide you to achieve your goals in a variety of areas.
REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONISTS
Registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) are available to work with employees and dependents to make healthy meal choices, provide nutritional guidance and help with weight management, healthy eating, menu planning, lifestyle changes and more.
